In matters of this type, it is recommended that the complaint is not made anonymously, without prejudice to the guiding principle of confidentiality in harassment procedures, which guarantees the protection of the complainant's personal data throughout the process.

The Cadarso Group has a protocol for prevention and action in situations of harassment at work and/or psychological harassment, sexual orientation, sexual identity and/or gender identity within the work environment, and therefore related cases will be governed by the provisions of the same.

Describe in as much detail as possible the event you wish to report, giving as much information and attaching evidence, if available.
(E.g.: account of the events, people involved, presence of witnesses, if any member of the management has been contacted...)
